"With over 10 years of experience in the fitness and health industry, I've worked with a wide range of clients from 14 years old up to seniors in their 70's. I believe that exercise is a fundamental part to living a well balanced life and it should be enjoyable.
Since being diagnosed with lipedema in 2014, I had to change what being "healthy" meant. Health is no longer a certain size in clothes or a number on a scale, it's seeing what you can make your body do. I like to incorporate functional training moves along with some creative moves to keep exercise from being boring. I strive to make my clients feel accomplished and empowered after working out with me. I also love teaching group fitness and modifying moves so that everyone can participate and still get a great workout".

"I first discovered my passion for weight lifting back in business school 5 years ago. Since then, I decided to leave behind the office life to make strength-training others my career. Making my physical health my top priority was the best thing I've ever done for myself and I guarantee it will be years to come. Show up ready to work hard, commit, and I'll help you get stronger than you ever thought possible."
